Measured first. Then adjusted.
Specific, hands-on adjustments for the spine and the nervous system it protects, planned from your scans instead of guesswork. It’s the foundation of every plan at CREW, for adults, athletes and families.

Who it helps.
Most people come in for something that hurts. Plenty come in because they want to move and feel better before something does.
- Low back pain
- Neck pain
- Headaches
- Sciatica
- Disc problems
- Stiffness and posture
- Pregnancy aches
- Kids and teens

How we adjust.
Scans before we start
A digital posture analysis, a nerve scan, and x-rays in our office when your exam calls for them. Your plan is built on what we find.
Your technique
Hands-on, instrument-assisted or drop-table. If you’re nervous or would rather skip the twisting, we have gentle low-force options.
Every twelve visits
We repeat your scans and show you both sets of numbers side by side, so you can see what changed.
From CREW patients.
“I think what sets this group apart is the fact that they use XR and posture scanning to really map your progress, which is something I personally like to visualize rather than just feeling a difference.”
“We started with very gentle adjustments, and gradually moved to manual adjustments as I got more comfortable.”
“He created a care plan with weekly appointments that included decompression, PEMF, and adjustments. Fast forward to today… 7 months later, I feel amazing.”
Before you book.
Does it hurt?
Most people find adjustments relieving. You may be a little sore for a day after the first few visits, like after a new workout.
What’s the popping sound?
Gas releasing from the fluid in a joint as it moves. It’s harmless, and an adjustment works whether or not you hear it.
How often will I come in?
It depends on what we find. Your doctor will give you a plan with a clear number of visits, and we re-measure every twelve.
Do I have to keep coming forever?
No. Once your plan is done, you decide. Many patients choose occasional visits to stay where they are, and some don’t.
