We never x-ray during pregnancy. Your history, exam, posture analysis and nerve scan tell us what we need.
Balance the pelvis
A specific analysis and gentle adjustment of the pelvis and sacrum, designed for pregnancy.
Positioned for you
Pregnancy pillows and side-lying positions, so you never have to lie on your belly as it grows.

Before you book.
Is chiropractic safe during pregnancy?
For most pregnancies, yes. Tell us about anything your OB or midwife is watching. If your pregnancy is high-risk, we’ll check with them before we start.
When should I start?
Any trimester. Many moms start when the aches start, and some come all the way through to delivery and after.
Should I tell my OB or midwife?
Yes, please. We’re happy to work alongside your provider and share notes if they’d like.
Can you see my baby after birth?
Yes. We see newborns and kids too. See our kids and infants page.
