Lie down. Recover.
PEMF uses gentle pulsed electromagnetic fields, delivered through a mat you lie on, to support recovery and calm sore, inflamed tissue. Most people feel little or nothing, and plenty fall asleep.

What it’s for.
We use PEMF alongside adjustments and other care, and on its own for recovery.
Research on PEMF for pain and recovery is promising and still growing. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth adding for you.
- Muscle soreness after training
- Joint and back pain
- Recovery between visits
- Calming inflammation
- Winding down and stress
- Stacked with red light or sauna

What a session is like.
Fully clothed
Lie back on the mat in a quiet room. Nothing to change into, nothing to prepare.
Little or nothing
Some people notice a gentle pulse or warmth. Most just relax.
On its own or with a visit
Add it to a chiropractic visit or book it by itself. Your doctor will suggest how often.
From CREW patients.
“From adjustments to PEMF to SoftWave to decompression, Crew is a one-stop-shop for helping my body function its best.”
“Since I’ve been getting help from the Crew Team my over-all health and balance has improved immensely.”
Before you book.
Who shouldn’t use PEMF?
Skip it if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or if you’re pregnant. Tell us about any metal implants.
Do I need to be a chiropractic patient?
No. Recovery sessions can be booked on their own.
How often should I come?
It depends on what you’re using it for. Your doctor will suggest a rhythm, often alongside your regular visits.
